Leslie Merwin RN has been a nursing administrator since 2003. She has led facilities in both Connecticut and Vermont. A graduate cum laude of Naugatuck Valley Community College, a recipient of the NLN Peer Leadership award, she is enrolled in an RN-MSN program at St. Joseph College of Maine. Leslie takes pride in strong survey history and positive culture change in the buildings she leads. Leslie's other career is as a musician and teacher. A concert pianist, she holds a M.Music degree from the Juilliard School where she held a Teaching Fellowship in Piano. As a recipient of the Debussy Prize of the Alliance Francaise of New York, she received a degree from the Ecole Normale de Musique in Paris. She was awarded top Prize in the Young Keyboard Artists International Competition and has performed internationally and throughout the United States. She has taught on the faculty of Mannes College of Music, Wagner College and the Neighborhood Music School and is a certified Music teacher for grades K-12 in the state of Connecticut. Branching into church music, Leslie has been organist/choir director for United Church of Christ, Southbury, St. Thomas the Apostle Church in Oxford, Saint Mary Magdalen, Oakville and the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Burlington, Vermont.
Teri is a registered occupational therapist who helps our residents achieve as much mobility and independence as possible. She has over 18 years of experience in health care and occupational therapy and holds a Bachelor's Degree.
