Administrator: Edward Baker

Edward Baker is an administrator with 11 years of experience. He has been with Revera for 6 years and has been the administrator of Village Green of Bristol for ¬4 years. Edward has worked in the healthcare field since he was 16. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BS.

Director of Admissions: Elena Garcia

Elena Garcia is an Admissions and Marketing Director who has worked in skilled nursing and rehab facilities for 6 years. She works closely with hospital case managers and families to facilitate the admissions process. Elena works to educate hospitals, doctor’s offices, and the community of the services that Village Green of Bristol has to offer. In addition, Elena oversees case management at the facility working with insurance companies on pre authorizations, eligibility, and coverage.
Elena graduated cum laude with a BA in Human Development and Family Studies with a Minor in Gerontology from the honors program at the University of Connecticut. She wrote her honors thesis on Social Interactions and Social Activity in an Assisted Living Facility. This thesis was presented in the 2011 Gerontological Society of America’s National Conference in Boston MA. She was also awarded a research grant at UConn for her research with elderly housing and received various scholarships.

Director of Nursing Services: Yong Crandal

Partner Development Coordinator: Lilian Ciesco

Lilian Ciesco is a Partner Development Coordinator with over 20 years of healthcare experience, who works primarily with our three CT centers. In her role, Lilian has developed liaisons between major CT hospitals and has worked to establish key partnerships and new networking opportunities for the company. Prior to becoming a Partner Development Coordinator, Lilian served as the Director of Admissions and Marketing of a 151-bed long-term care center.

Lilian has been a Board member for the CT Rotary service group for nine years, serving as secretary for two years. She has served on several high school mentoring programs for scholarships and advanced education. Lilian received a BS with a major in Therapeutic Recreation and a minor Psychology from Springfield College in MA. In her free time, Lilian enjoys skiing, boating, cooking and running.

Rehabilitation Director: Lynn Maxwell

Director of Social Services: Delina Coviello

Delina Coviello is the Director of Social Services and Discharge Planning. She has been at the Vi;;age Green for over four years. Her prior work experience includes working in Long Term Care, Short Term Rehab, Recreation and Radiology. Delina earned her associates degree from Tunxis Community College and her BS in Social Work from Saint Joseph College. She is currently working towards her Master’s degree. She is a dedicated and avid social worker committed to helping residents and families.
